You love bacon, but don’t like the mess?  Say goodbye to grease splatter and burns by cooking your bacon in the Oven.

  • Line 1 cookie sheet with foil (for easy clean up)
  • Place cooling racks over the cookie sheet (optional, keeps grease away from bacon)
  • Line the bacon side by side across the length of the sheet (or on the cooling racks)
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes, or until desired crispiness.

That’s it! Your stove top is clean. Wait until the grease solidifies in the foil and throw it away.. no mess at all!

Even less fuss, no mess bacon… though terribly unhealthy…
Drop 2 or three strips of bacon into a fryer preheated to 400 degrees for 2-3 minutes, shake out the basket and dump on a couple paper towels to soak up the extra oil. Tehy taste awesome and really mak enot mess other than the paper towel you toss out when you are done.

Granted you will die of cholesterol poisoning after a few years of eating it this way, but thats part of the fun of eating things you shouldn’t.
